LANCNC-FAD
- The LANCNC-FAD controller
transforms a Fadal CNC into a
network FTP server. Up to 1 GB of
data can be stored on the server
located at the CNC. Using LANCNC
commands at the pendant, files can
be loaded, saved and drip fed into
the control. (DNC software is
integrated into the LANCNC-FAD)
File information is stored on a
standard SD memory card preventing
exposure to network outages. In the
event of a network crash, the SD
card can be easily removed for
updates at a PC and re-inserted for
the CNC to access.
No special software is required.
Simply drag and drop files from your
PC onto the LANCNC-FAD with
Explorer/Internet Explorer from
Microsoft. Adding
wireless
is easy and can be done with most
commercially available wireless
routers.
